Growing up, I was never really fond of make-up and even if I wore make-up six times a day for more than two years because of work, I still don't like make-up that much. My make-up kit for work was compact powder, blush, lip balm and lip gloss. I put it on when I get to the workplace and I'll be done in 5 minutes. Although I look at magazines and read articles on what kind of make-up to use or how to apply make-up, it's just too tiresome to paint my face. I don't want to risk having breakouts too.
So imagine my dilemma on deciding how I should look on my wedding day. I had to get professional help and there are a lot of referrals. Question is, whom should I pick? Luckily, I've been busy attending friends' weddings these past few weeks that gave me a chance to do trial make-ups. I've settled to try with two known make-up artists in the city. One is more pricey than the other.
I've decided to document my different looks and my family and friends have helped me zero in on a make-up artist by giving me opinions. So far, they're on equal footing. And that makes me go crazy. So if anyone out there has an opinion, please let me know. Here are my two different looks. Please feel free to comment and criticize. ^_^
Note: I had fake lashes on the left picture.
