My Kind of Chillin'

It all started with being the youngest in the family.  It's pretty awesome actually. Everyone is giving you the attention.  But of course, as we grow old, we drift apart.  A couple of things contributed to this too--the constant change of residence due to Dad's work, the significantly wide age gap with my siblings and me, the migration of two siblings abroad and the realization that we need to lead separate lives.  Not to mention the sudden death of our dad and soon, two of my other siblings will also head for greener pastures in the other side of the world.

Somehow it hit me that I would be the only one left among the siblings.  But when that time comes, I will be starting a family of my own.  And the circle of life continues.  Therefore, I go through life one day at a time.  I put on my snuggle socks (the most expensive pair of socks I bought but all worth it ^_^) and chill with the people who mean most to me even if I'm just staring at 4R photo papers.  They remind me of the good times we have/had together.  That even if we won't be seeing each other as often as we want, blood is thicker than water.  Whatever happens (as if there is a bigger tragedy than our loss of Dad), we are family.
